Deposits made via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers generally process within 5 to 10 minutes during normal banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and typically reflect within 15 to 30 minutes.
main24 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees — please check with your provider before initiating a transfer.
Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification has been completed. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule"). This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and protect User funds.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers within the same business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.
main24 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing where such checks are ongoing. Users will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required.
Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, and other incentives ("Promotions") are offered at the sole discretion of main24. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements (for sports), maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
main24 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once, systematically placing low-risk wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game, and exploiting errors or inconsistencies in promotion descriptions. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Participation in the main24 VIP Programme is subject to separate programme terms communicated upon entry to each tier. Cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and other VIP benefits are applied at the discretion of main24 and may be modified or discontinued at any time. VIP status does not guarantee any specific outcome or level of service.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. main24 operates a wide range of betting markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and other international sporting events, as well as live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo. In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, main24's internal records shall be the definitive authority in determining the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a verified system fault, stakes will be returned to the User's Account balance.
main24 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error due to a manifest pricing or odds error. Users who have identifiably exploited such errors will have their winnings voided and their stakes returned.
